Spend your afternoon turning pressed flowers into beautiful one of a kind jewelry! Through this 2.5-hour workshop you will be guided on the ins and outs of using UV resin, simple jewelry making techniques, and tips on how to forage and press your own flowers.
You will have your choice of jewelry: a pair of earrings or necklace and can select from silver-plated, gold-plated, sterling silver, or gold-filled metals.
One jewelry type should be selected at sign up. Extra materials will be available for purchase during the workshop if desired.
Everything you need will be provided. No experience required.
About your instructor: Maya Holland is the owner of Cast & Clover, where she handcrafts jewelry, accessories, and decor with wildflowers. She creates each piece entirely by handstarting with the foraging and flower pressing process. Maya studied jewelry and art at Skidmore College, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Studio Art in 2020. She created Cast & Clover shortly after graduating and has been running her business full-time ever since. She is originally from Maryland and currently lives in Los Angeles.
