Introduction
We'll kick off with a brief overview of how AI is currently being utilized in art, featuring case studies and personal examples. Before diving into the workshop, we'll have quick introductions to understand each student's interest in using Ai—whether it's in conjunction with specific mediums, to overcome creative blocks, etc. This will help tailor examples, suggestions for written prompts, recommended artists, or relevant articles.
Getting Started
We'll provide an overview of the Discord/MidJourney platform, including the interface and basic commands, to ensure everyone is comfortable navigating the tools we'll be using.
Generating Prompts
This core part of the workshop will focus on crafting effective prompts to create compelling images. We'll also explore how to work with existing images to inspire new creations. Additionally, we'll cover tools for creating images with specific aspect ratios, adding text to images, and blending images together.
Individual/Group Exercise
Depending on who brings laptops, participants will either work individually or in small groups to generate their own prompts in class. We'll conclude the session by sharing our creations and discussing the processes behind the
